AppIdeas is a service that generates app ideas based on real problems found across the internet. Our service:

• Provides 3-5 app ideas per credit used
• Includes source links to real problems
• Offers pain point analysis and solution concepts
• Provides target audience insights and monetization strategies

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• $6 = 1 credit
• $10 = 2 credits
• $20 = 5 credits

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our service
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the service to generate harmful or illegal content
• Respect intellectual property rights

The ideas generated by AppIdeas are provided for your use, but:

• Ideas are based on publicly available information
• We do not guarantee exclusivity of ideas
• You are responsible for conducting your own market research
• AppIdeas retains ownership of its technology and algorithms
• You may use generated ideas for commercial purposes

AppIdeas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee the success of any generated ideas
• Ideas are suggestions based on available data, not business advice
• We are not responsible for market changes or competition
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance
• Generated content accuracy is not guaranteed

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppIdeas shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our service
• Third-party actions or content

Due to the digital nature of our service:

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service use
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Contact support@appideas.com for refund requests

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to harm our service or other users
• Engage in fraudulent activity

You may delete your account at any time. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
